My Story
MY NAKED TRUTH is a chronicle of a young girl transformation based on true events from an insecure, young girl into a self-assured, confident, and competent adult. She invested in herself through school, earning a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on psychology, as well as a certification in crime scene forensics.
Virginia always had a passion for writing and to one day live her dream out loud without fear.

As I write my truth it’s the way I imagined, experienced, although others remember things differently. I can only tell My Naked Truth whether it was good or bad. My memory as a young girl always felt like I was living an outer body experience. I was here physically but mentally I always escaped. I can remember having a barbie collection and that’s where my imagination would run free. I could be anywhere I wanted to be, I could be whoever I wanted to be without judgment or fear. I honestly can say as an adult I missed playing with my Barbie collection, it was my peace.
